Comments: This motor sailer was designed and built by Eric miller of Anglesey, he has built 22 boats in total, she would also be a good dive boat!
The superstructure has had 2 coats of primer and 7 coats of top coat paint,also 3 coats of antifoul recently.march 2014 A two inch thick mohagany foot plate has been fitted to the keel The engine has been serviced,and a new jadsco water pump fitted.

Both masts are pinioned for ease of lowering and raising (Fore mast is fitted with hand winch) No need for carnage costs
The lower rear deck would make boat ideal for diving etc
Engine is water cooled from center keel.

3 new unused sails ,yes 2 foot 9 inch bilge keel,and a centre keel,anchor 7 kg plough.
3 bladed fixed bronze 18 inches to 20 inches diameter.
